High Intensity Training
Dive into our trio of electrifying HIIT sessions! 'First Class'—your ultimate gateway workout, ideal for beginners or as a dynamic 'active rest' for the fitness virtuoso. Ascend to 'Mercy High' or 'Mercy Low'—our advanced tiers differentiated by impact intensity. Running/Jumping/movement drills vs lower impact rowers/ski-ergs/bikes, all mixed with light resistance training. Make no mistake—'Mercy Low' is no less challenging, some believe it's acutally a notch up! Every HIIT class indulgence promises a full-body blitz, with every class aimed at improving your cardio, endurance and calorie burn while giving your metabolism a giant boost!
