HIIT

We offer three HIIT programs to accommodate almost all fitness levels. From entry level to advanced, these three programs are designed to burn a massive amount of calories, boost your metabolism, increase your cardio and endurance levels all to help you lose weight fat efficiently!

STRENGTH TRAINING

We offer strength training as well. New to functional fitness? Our semi-private groups are designed to increase strength, along with muscle density, while working on the individual goals and needs of our members. There are only four people allowed in these groups so each member gets plenty of attention.

GYM CLASS HERO

Finally, our Gym Class Hero’s program is designed to push the best, hardest working athletes to their limits. Sessions focus on everything from muscle building, strength training, metabolic conditioning, endurance, and power training workouts. If you like to be pushed, this program is for you!

At Beyond, we offer 5 different levels of training. Instead of just clumping you in with several other people who may have completely different goals then you, or be at a totally different fitness level, we want to have the opportunity to learn about where you are in your journey in a 1 on 1 setting in order to set you up for success within our program.
We want to get to know you. We want to see where you are coming from, where you are now, and where you want to go. There will be a brief Q&A period, followed up by a movement analysis and a functional workout based on your current level. After that, you will have a great understanding of how our program works, how it feels, how our membership options are structured, and if it would be a good fit for you!
We believe we run a program unlike anything seen anywhere else. Most of our programming is total body functional fitness. We run high-intensity programs (although nothing like CrossFit), we run strength based and muscle building programs (although nothing like bodybuilding), we run low impact programs and high impact programs. We have advanced programming, and we offer beginner level programming. One thing we take great pride in is offering programming that is going to challenge every member who walks through our doors in a safe and effective manner every time. We want you leaving here stronger and accomplished every time you workout.
We try to push for 3 times per week to start. If you can make this happen consistently, you WILL see and feel change. Some of our members may come 4 or occasionally 5 times (although rare). Your body needs time to recover, otherwise, injury and/or burnout is likely to happen.

We have scheduled an entire year of “field trips”. This is a program that really defines who we are. We encourage all of our members to get out and use their newfound fitness levels to take advantage of everything our beautiful state has to offer. Hiking, biking, stand up paddleboarding, adventure races, and many other activities can be found on our calendar!

We absolutely can! We run a program called Precision Nutrition. This program is much more than just a diet plan. We all know by now that diets just don’t work for the long run. Instead of jumping from fad to fad, why not learn the science behind eating healthy, and how to apply it to a long term solution that enables you to never cut ANYTHING completely out of your diet.
