Yes, this program is designed for Beyond Fitness members. If you're new, we'll start with a fitness assessment to build your customized plan.

What if I'm not on a GLP-1 medication yet?
That's okay. This program is also valuable for anyone preparing to start a GLP-1 or looking to optimize their nutrition and training during weight loss.

How often will I train?
We recommend 2-4 strength training sessions per week to effectively preserve muscle mass during weight loss. Your coach will help you find the right schedule.

What if I have low energy or reduced appetite?
That's common with GLP-1 medications. We'll help you structure your meals and training around your energy levels and adjust your program as needed.

Can I do this if I have injuries or limitations?
Absolutely. All training is scaled to your ability, and our on-site physical therapist, Kyle, can provide additional support if needed.
