How we train
Beyond Fitness & Performance is a coaching-based gym in Highlands Ranch. Every member trains with the same philosophy: build strength, move well and show up consistently. The only difference between our options is how much one-on-one coach attention you get.
Warm-up & mobility
Prepare your joints and get moving well before any load goes on the bar.
Strength
The heart of the hour. Squat, hinge, push, pull and carry, coached and scaled for you.
Cardio strength
Short, controlled work for your heart and lungs. Challenging, never a beat-down.
No Olympic lifts. No kipping. No ego-driven programming that wrecks joints. We train for longevity, because you want to be doing this at 80.
Not sure which is right? Start with a free phone consultation. At your in-person assessment, your coach will recommend one and walk you through pricing.
Small-group coached classes
Our core program. A coach leads every class, scaling each movement to your level, with a supportive group around you.
